Looks like nobody is interested to this tournament. Today are QF matches for all categories. INA have the following representatives: XD: two INA pair progress to Semi Final tomorrow. Irfan Fadhillah/Weni Anggraeni[1] will face Kang Ji Wook/Shin Seung Chan from KOR. I hope they will go all the way to final. On the other half, Alfian Eko Prasetya/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaya go through semi final after defeat the 2nd seeded pair from SIN, Zhao Jiang Terry Yeo/Dellis Yuliana and will face the 4th seed from IND, Arun Vishnu/Balan Aparna. There is a chance for an ALL-INA final. WS: only Febby Angguni left for SF tomorrow and will face Kim Hyo Min from KOR who defeat Yeni Asmarani[6]. WD: only Shella Devi Aulia/Anggia Shitta Awanda in QF. MD: Two MDs, Ronald Alexander/Selvanus Geh and Wahyu Nayaka Pangkaryanira/Ade Yusuf Santosa
too bad Ronald/Selvanus lost to KOR pair. Wahyu Nayaka/Ade Yusuf will face Ko/Lee. It will be a great experience. Shella Devi/Anggia Shitta will face the 2nd seed from IND
before the tournament started, my prediction was ina win 2 title from xd, and ws.... but now, after yeni is defeated by kor ws, my only hope is ina could repeat last year achivement in xd, which is all ina final...
what are Sunghyun ko and lee yong dae doing there...why are they playing in an international challenge.
I was wondering about that too.. Apparently i think they want to accumulate more points to get to where LYD used to be
Yes. Irfan Fadhillah/Weni Anggraini won the tricky match against Kang Ji Wook/Shin Seung Chan. I hope Alfian Eko Prasetya/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaya also progress through final.
Yes. it will be an ALL-INA final tomorrow. I wish K.Srikanth to win Men Singles title here. He is a wonderful player.. And also win Indian GPG title which is going to happen next week.. I wish him all the very best ...
Aparna/sikki are improving day by day... Definitely, they will win the title and move up in the rankings...
Maybe yes maybe no. Actually this pair is gritty, many times they win in rubber but they lack power Saving on travelling cost as well as earning points. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
Except K.Srikanth, who is aged 20 now, all others are aged 22.. This fellow srikanth seems to be improving day by day... I think he will make up big better than Kashyap , Ajay and all other top indian players..
Srikanth is actually 19 now.He actually played juniors till last year.He is actually proving that his semifinal appearance(where he lost to kashyap) in september nationals is not a mere 1 tournament wonder. But I would actually put money on sai praneeth. He is 20 now and I think he has a good attacking game compared to srikanth and sourabh varma. But who ever is better, one thing common is all are gopichand trainees.
Oops... Yep.. K.Srikanth --- 2/7/1993 --- 19 years ; B.Sai Praneeth --- 8/10/1992 --- 20 years Unfortunately, K.Srikanth lost B.Sai Praneeth.. This match went for 3 games and in the rubber game, experienced Sai Praneeth prevailed with 21-19 in the rubber. But Sai Praneeth showed some excellent performance..
