In BS, Riyanto Subagja [9/16] advances to the QF and he should beat Alrie Guna Dharma for a place in the last 4. The other INA representative in the last 8, Kenas Adi Haryanto, will face the second-seed Huang Chao. Meanwhile, Arief Gifar Ramadhan and Shesar Hiren Rhustavito both seeded [9/16] lost to Febriyan Ivanaldy [3/4] and Sai Praneet Bahmidipati [3/4] respectively. In GS: Sonia Cheah [1] vs Elyzabeth Thng Ting Ting [9/16] vs Dian Fitriani Fransisca Livia vs Yang Li Lian [3/4] Mutiarani vs Rischa Meissiani [9/16] XD is dominated by Djarum and Pratama pairs.
Budi Hartono (20) is also getting some international exposure lately. He has been pairing Aurien Hudiono (18) in XD at the several domestic circuits. They are from Tangkas and Suryanaga and won the Sinar Bandung 2009. I believe Budi Hartono/Ricky Karanda Suwardi (20/17) also won 2 back-to-back tourneys: Astec Swasta Nasional and Sirnas Bali 2009.
Hi Man, No Marvin Marleve Manaiky. Tangkas is club has coach: Dany, Thomas Indrajaya, Kurniahu, Hendry Saputra. This coach Hendry Saputra beat Yang Yang 2 times and beat Zoa Jian Hua 1 time Last time. Thomas is Richard manaiky partner last time. Thomas also partner with Reony last time.
I do not know what you are talking aboput..I know all of them..Marvin is a nephew of Richard/Rexi/Reony/Marleve....he is only 16 or 17 yrs old...
does Elyzabeth here refer to Elizabeth Purwaningtyas?been wondering this since days ago..so curious..
Riyanto vs. Alrie: 21-18, 21-18... Riyanto is in the semifinals... My friend said that he played very relaxed today. Meanwhile, Huang Chao won game 1: 21-18 over Kenas... In XD, Jones-Nurbeta won... The gossip on the street is that they were dating, then after awhile they're fighting... yet still have to play together... Dunno their status today... Whatever their status is, they're in the SF together... Dea-Dandi lost to Kevin-Suci... Yes, the short girl-wonder Elizabeth Purwaningtyas of SGS Elektrik... Her playing style is so cool...
Didit Juang Indrianto/Yayu Rahayu [1] should advance to the SF. If they do, they will face Budi Hartono/Aurien Hudiono. In the other SF, Kevin Alexander/Suci Rizki Andini (being prep for WJC I presume) will face Jones Ralfy Jansen/Nurbeta Kwanrico. Riyanto Subagja [9/16] will face either Febriyan Ivanaldy [3/4] or Hsieh Ping-Hsuan. In the BD QF, Dandy Prabudita/Jones Ralfy Jansen will face a tough match against Pranav Chopra/Sai Praneet Bhamidipati [9/16]. Meanwhile, Darmiko/Yudha Wiratama will face Marcus Fernaldi/Wahyu Tanaka [2].
have never watched this young girl play yet..but i heard a lot about her..hope she can do her best in the upcoming WJC..unfortunately she's so short eniwei, anybody watching Tiara/Suci played yesterday?i heard they both r quite great, but they lost yesterday..something wrong with one of them?injured maybe?
Didit-Yayu did win and they are in the SF... Darmiko's eyes got injured after a shuttlecock accident at the net... He retired... Marcus-Wahyu are in the SF...
This is just in... the SF lineup in BD shall be: Jones-Dandi of Djarum [who just defeated the IND pair] vs. Takuma-Yoshiki of JPN Ricky-Budi of Mutiara vs. Wahyu-Marcus of Tangkas
BS SF: Riyanto vs. Febriyan Ivanaldy of SIN Sai Praneet of IND vs. Huang Chao of SIN XD SF: Didit-Yayu vs. Budi-Aureen Jones-Nurbeta vs. Kevin-Suci
And Girl department, INA juniors dominate GD : Girl's Singles Semifinal Sonia Cheah Su Ya (MAS) >< Dian Fitriani (INA) Yang Li Lian (MAS) >< Rusydina AR (INA) Girl's Doubles Semifinal Florah Ng Siew Fong/Tee Jing Yu (MAS) >< Dian Fitriani/Eri Oktaviani (INA) Anggia/Shella (INA) >< Della Destiara/Gebby Ristyani (INA) So far INA has secured 1 title following all-INA-semifinal in XD...
Rusydina, who defeated Yang Li Lian, is a relative unknown player in INA... INA's top Under-19 are Febby Angguni, Ana Rovita, Rena Suwarno, Elyzabeth P. and Siti Anida. Rusydina is from PB. Tangkas, a club more known for its awesome doubles players like Lily Natsir, Vita Marissa, Nova Widyanto, Ricky-Rexy... Riyanto has a 45% chance against a more refined Sai P. from India tomorrow. Some friends of mine think Riyanto has a 60% chance because the Indian has no attacking firepower while the non-technical condition [fast shuttlecock etc.] in this tournament favors Riyanto.
