Ok, I know everyone has given up on this guy, but he did jus win two IC events back to back :)

Hopefully he switches nationality if Malaysia don't want him, I can think of several European countries that will gladly take him!:p

It's not that we give up on him, TCS's lower profile now since he's participating in lesser known European tournaments
Btw, did you manage to meet & talk with TCS last yr?

He's doing well :) he's shown that he's more than capable of competing in IC events and winning :)

I had a very short conversation with him last year (also talked to Dicky Palayama and others but only briefly)

I saw him in the "cafe" area at the venue, I told him that I knew of his situation regarding being banned from Asia, and he said that he was not happy the way it happened but it had to be that way, his injuries and opportunities were limiting him. He felt comfortable in his German club and was being supported to play. Then we discussed tournaments he was going to play next and he said he was reducing them over winter a bit, and only playing one, before being ready for the next year:)

That was all I got, he had to get the bus back to the hotel after that, and I continued with my lunch:)

    Down to earth guy.:)

Yeah, some players don't like to be approached and to chat, but he didn't seem to mind at all. :)

Who else is involved in the gambling and loop? ;)

Time to kick those involved out. It is becoming a parasite. ;)

well to me actually i not really against badminton players occasionally gambling... everyone has their own hobby... but to think that someone actually go there on a weekly basis... not to mention i have seen certain players smoking. i am not naming anyone, but i have seen that player playing and he seems to be unable to cope on a 3 match game. hmm nice hobby huh?

i am not sure how some players manage to do that, even going to gamble the weekend before they have a big game. certainly some of our players are getting too much money from advertisement.

What about those who are still with BAM? I prefer to see juniors replacing them. Creating a bad name for the country. ;)

ok lets put those nonsense away, bulgaria hebar international series is ongoing. its a very small competition, tan chun seang is in and he is the first seed. of course we are expecting him to win it! hopefully he wont flunk it like what happen 2 weeks ago.

anyway, i always wonder something like thhis: why wont BAM just send some young WD over to participate in such tounament? these really some good points for players who are ranked outside 100.... and there is only 6 teams in the tournament!

tan chun seang had just won the Bulgaria international series!

being the number 1 seed in the tournament, he got champion for MS event.

he also partnered roman zirnkard in the MD event and got a double champion as well.

Roman Zirnkard is also the XD event no1 seed and he won the XD event as well
