Well I got a mini heart attack in G2..
But somehow My conscience told me he will do it and there he is marching to the SF now..
I can't explain how I felt when he took 3 consecutive to seal the deal!!
    Ah!! Feeling relaxed now
Rooting for the younger against the veteran in All Indian clash ;)
I hope KS wins the tourney..
Well just wondering how many points will KS have if he wins this gpg

Getting very sleepy now. The time in Korea is already 12.30 am. This few days have been staying up till late wee morning hours to watch badminton matches. The matches have ended extremely late. I didn't sleep at all on Wednesday and Thursday to watch all the matches. I have already drank 3 cups of coffee to sustain. Why the matches have stopped? When will the next match resume? Very sleepy already.

    Indeed they are!!
Ajay is in the intl circuit since years..with all those injuries and painful recoveries steep downfall in rrankings has given him lots of experience I must say he is getting in the track again..
I remember AJ was contending for OG Quota alongwith Pk...
He was once the best IND MS
Its good to see we had all India Finals in Syed Modi GPG and the same happened this year in MS event..
And now AJ vs KS is another milestone in SF of swiss open
KS and SN rising to W# 4 & 2 respectively..yes this year should be a successful one for Ind perspective

What makes you say that? She never hinted of retirement.

Just a prediction of the results and I may be wrong here. Let us stay tuned to watch the exciting semifinals match later. Of course some big upsets have been created. Most notable here is the lost of Wang Yihan.

The organizers broke up the SF into two sessions.
It will be a long 10 hours today.

GP Gold winner will gain 7000 points.

If Wang YH continues her slump performance then she will say goodbye for Rio 2016.

    SEMIFINALS (01.00pm local time, 1 court) => http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/s...0F18B4-A8D9-468D-848E-14F9AF8EC63D&d=20150314

Final four has two sessions (01.00pm & 06.00pm), IND and JPN have guaranteed 1 final spot each through MS and WD respectively.

MS, Srikanth and Axelsen are on the way to final script, let's see whether Xue Song will deny the towering Dane to defend his title here.

WS, first meeting of Akane-Busanan at senior stage, world junior champion is fave to prevail. Sun Yu, China sole survivor after surprising defeat of Wang Yihan will take on Sayaka Takahashi, the Chinese seems on fire based on she eliminated Porntip convincingly at last eight.

MD, close match is predicted between Fernaldi/Sukamuljo v Goh/Tan and the winner of this tie most likely will face Cai/Lu at last round.

WD, excellent performance so far by Bao/Tang and they will be tested by Euro #2 pair Muskens/Piek and high possibility Kakiiwa/Maeda will be their final opponent.

XD, CHN-INA duel in both semifinals of this category. Liu/Bao is tremendously dangerous pair and soon may replace Xu/Ma as CHN #2 pair, the senior INA pair must be careful with their speed and fast furious attacking style by young guns Chinese combo. Another encounter, Lu/Huang has favour to advance against Widianto/Dili.

Not sure I agree with this statement.

She didn't play poorly last year, she just lost against better players most of the time. This year so far she's lost to Marin & Okuhara. The only 'strong' players she's beaten so far have been Bae Yeon Ju, Ohori, Sato & Jindapon.

I would have expected her to win the same matches a year ago. As things stand now I see no difference between Sayaka from last year to now.

Big challenge vs Sun Yu today, which I expect Sun to win.

Busanan doesn't look confident, perhaps thinking of their junior championship days when Akane used to defeat her.
