Starting a tournament thread on Badminton Central

    This community owed her a great deal. Since her passing away in March 2023, Badminton Central has not been the same.

    If you like to start a tournament thread, please have a look at some of her threads and how she did it in the past. Here are a few examples:

    My recommendation is that for major tournaments (eg, BWF World Champions, Thomas/Uber/Sudirman Cups, BWF World Tour Finals), there should one distinct and separate thread for each and every final, semi-final and quarter-final.

    For Super 1000 tournaments (eg, China Open, Indonesia Open), one thread for finals and semi-finals.

    For Super 750, one thread for finals, semi-finals and quarter-finals.

    Please also have the following in the opening thread:

    (1) link to last's year thread
    (2) embed youtube video of last year's most watched final
    (3) copy and paste Olympics.com's preview

    Just my suggestions.
