hey guys and gals! just wana share my pics, i went on the 2nd day, morning session only... i only saw Raphael, the photographer... wanted to look for any fellow forum members, but i dont recognise any (sorry!)... anyway here are a few below... the 2nd pic, where KKK-TBH and Tony-Candra were looking up, it was because of a commotion that happened, the doors behind us were opened and they pointed it out... the crowd went berserk, and managed to get that shot... haha... i was sitting in the premium area, but occasionally drifted here and there to get the pics... BTW anyone going to the finals? hope to meet up with u guys and gals...

very sad to hear that... If there isnt any 100% sponsorship from government, then what happen in the next 10 years ? Very pity for country like Indonesia with a lot of talented world class palyer :-( Well ... hope they will find more sponsorship in the future. And badminton also more competitive
how can't INA gain sponsorship from international companies, INA is no small country, almost as large as USA. It is their #1 sport and with a long history, really surprised INA badminton is slipping in term of gov't and commercial support.

in INA...the government is more concerned about supporting soccer more than any sports... I live in Indonesia (but as u know..i always support CHN player ,cause I'm still chinese despite of I was being born in INA ) and in my city...the city council give a big fund for Persib (Bandung's most proud soccer team) and to build a soccer stadium...there isnt any left for badminton...it is the same with other city in Indonesia...all money for soccer! Even Thomas & Uber Cup 2008 still cannot draw a lot attention from public and media as AFC Asian Cup 2007 did in Jakarta...
agree! Indonesian Sponsor and Govern should give more attention to badminton. Badminton is the only sport in indonesia that could bring INDONESIA to the international forum. how to OPEN their eyes????
hahah i dont have any seats cos i enter using a media pass, so i was just drifiting also here and there.. mostly i just focus on the place where the players enter.. i will be posting more pictures from courtside now after i resize them.. is raphy the only photographer who is not chinese and malay ie. gwai lou??
i miss koo hitting the shuttle while he is sitting down.. and i miss jung j sung hitting the shuttle while he is doing the split yet again.. i havent learn from my koo mistakes sorry for my camera instinct..

i didnt follow them to the podium sorryy, INA players ya lol i forgot to take their pictures. ya she never smile i also wonder why.. i like her alot hence so many pictures of her, very ladylike when she play badminton..
