    LOL. China's out before they truly even begin.

    And an 8-0 loss is just totally unacceptable (even if it was to the World Champions). Oh, why can't Sun Wen just rejuvinate herself and get back on the team to lead them to glory again?

    Amazing stuff - not the football but the fact that Athens 2004 forum is populated with threads of Team Red Army from badminton to gymnastics, to air rifle.
    Not many posts on Australia vs US swimming duel, neither much on how team USA is being played like amateurs in basketball.
    Kinda worrying, if you understand what I mean. I have nothing against China, but this is the Olympics, not the Chinese National Games.

    I think it has a lot to do with the ethnic breakdown of the people visiting this non-badminton events forum... Well over half must be Chinese so naturally they would be discussing their own nation's results, both failures and successes.
