    Another early exit for Fajar/Rian.
With a lousy performance like this, it's only a matter of time for them to fall from their WR#1 throne.

Lakshya is mad. Sometimes he puts in thunderous ct smashes out of nowhere. Great smash against CTC

No main tournament sponsor. Not even Sunrise?

Omg!…who’d have thought it, CTC dumping Lakshya out!,
I had Lakshya as a banker on this one, only caught the 3rd game,
his net game deserted him, bad day at the office for sure.

Christie lost on purpose as well now? Olympics is nearby. Nobody will lose on purpose? This time ShiYuqi was better today.

Most of Indonesian BL may no longer expect much to christie and ginting.
If they are lucky, they might be able to get 2-3 SS titles, but for the major titles seems to be too far to reach.
There was a glimmer of hope on two young players namely syabda and adinata, unfortunately syabda passed away and adinata got knee injuries.
And now the hope is gone with a gust of wind.

Pearly seems to have suffered a minor injury to her arm again after knocking her elbow during a dive midway through the 1st game. Her playing style and diving everywhere is too reckless. She has to take care of her body if she wants to prolong her career.

Any idea why they aren't retiring from the match? I would think recuperating for next week's Super 1000 is more important.

Japanese pair showing great sportsmanship by not intentionally targetting Pearly though.

Thinnah made a loose shot to the net and Pearly dived to retrieve the drop from JPN pair.
Too many loose shots and net errors from Thinnah in the 1st game.

    The Paramedic is so funny.
She came and spray Pearly's elbow and then she tried to examine the elbow.
Isn't it supposed to be the other way round?
