Flyvet are you PRC national ? Please let us know what are you irritated about the most about your country on this forum. We would like to know.

Also, I would like to know what is the most watched sport in your country. Is it gymnastics, table-tennis or athletics/basketball ?

Congrats to you. Den won 1-0. A big consolation to the loss of Fischer/Pedersen.
Fischer/Pedersen wouldn't mind exchanging their loss in THA Open for their football team's victory.

Today's final is interesting. All the matches look very evenly match. No matches involving the same countries.

    Get them a Break la..

You are right Flyvet. Sometimes fans or rather anti-fans expect too much from idols and some are quick to use opportunities to belittle players. I mean, after all players are human too, even fantastic idols. As I say, give them a break. Let them enjoy the game. Enjoying a game sometimes can be very crucial to upkeep your passion for the game. :D

Took forty winks here and there.
Now I am fresh for today's final.
It will be followed by dinner, Djokovic vs Nadal (Rooting for the Joker) and Spain vs Italy.
    That's what weekends are for.

As for me, simply because Sony is struggling with his comeback.
If unfit Lin Dan vs SWH, LHI, Sasaki, or Simon or JOJ perhaps, yes I would agree that it isn't an upset.
I consider unfit Lin Dan will defeat a post-injury-recovery struggling player like Sony.
Even so, for Final I still consider a 50-50 chance for Sony to defeat Chen YK today.

All good things must come to an end, nothing lasts forever. Just before the live telecast of today's final, right now on TV I witness Manny Pacquiao dethroned by Timothy Bradley by 7-5 split decision (just mention it in passing,I'm no fan of boxing)

Chen Yuekun is a very naturally talented player who somehow never did get the breaks. Maybe this is the place where he will be finally recognised. :)

But with Sony being in the sort of form he is in (just keep it going for one more day, Sony!!) it will take more than CYK to stop him from claiming the title. :D

Tao/Tang complement each other surprising well, despite Tao not being the fastest player at the back but Tang covers the front well for him but she has some wildly sloppy shots. if it weren't for Saralee who is probably nearly double her age and slow, many of her shots will be brutally punished.

the THA players started off slow, but now slowly but surely catching up THA 10-15 CHN

Sudket/Saralee still one of my fav, but less and less so after they have severely slowed down and Sudket seems to have loss the fire and Saralee just not able to keep up anymore.
