I was thinking of buying a training Racket like one of these 118 grms one and the other is 150grms... yes its good for driling or just dry swing at home. but should be carefull to avoid injuries. if you're still in bali or Indonesia, you can buy flypower training racket. there's three weight 130, 150, or 170 gram. it's cheap and tons availabilities from tokopedia or shopee. happy hunting
