I was looking for a head heavy racket & came across the following :-
    Li ning 3d calibar 300c
    Victor thruster k 770ht
    Victor thruster k dong
Li ning Turbo Charging 20 (Boost):- I thought of buying a less head heavy racket ( Also it looks awesome , Is the paint on the racket durable or it goes away easily )

I used to play 5 times a week for 3hrs per day( Before Coronavirus outbreak )
    I am an aggressive player
    I am willing to spend ( 6700rs ) 90usd

    I presently own a yonex voltric 20dg
P.S. - There is another racket available Li ning turbocharging 75C available around 109 usd. Is it worth it ?

Own TK770HT. My main weapon nowadays. Head heavy & heavy 3U itself, tho i think mine is more of 2U as with vbs66n & original grip +ac102 the weight is 99gr.

75C for those price is quite good, at least here its up high above those price.

Last, you might want to consider TK9000 to. Here i had good price for TK9000 tho its 4U only, maybe it also available there.
Also there is new VT DG series if you want next gen of your 20DG, there is 21DG Slim.

What about other rackets in the list ( Also please tell me about the paint job on li ning rackets ie. they do look insane but do they get damaged easily? )
P.S.:- TK9000 is usd 200 (13500rs ) in India. Voltric 21 DG is out of stock everywhere.

idk about other racket as i never had chance to try them.
About Lining paint quality, the low end 008/009 is definitely the worst. Idk about mid to high end one. I own Lining myself, Mega Power Series - UC5000. Used to be my main for quite long time before i got my hand on TK770. The paint on my Lining is quite good actually & it still look beautifully tho i had drop, clash, & miss hit many times.
