Looks like Yonex will reveal Momota's new racket on 1st september, may be he'll use it for OG.

KM: "Everyone will love this racket, it seems to have more hold"

Chen Long not using the N55, doesn't look like the 3DC 900 or N90IV/3DC 900B either, which he used before...

Any thoughts on what this racket could be?

Hard to tell because of the watermark, but looks like a tectonic paintjob with the change of colours near the bottom. The Tectonic 9 is pretty black as well so could be that, but hard to see if the shaft is white or not.

This AXFORCE one of the three new series.

LN seems to be selling 1000 unpainted AXFORCE trail rackets in Shanghai stores.

If I remember correctly when the two used the original 88, someone said that Kevin used 3U and Marcus used 4U (Don't know if there is proof). Probably would be the same with the 88 pros.

Of the 4 permutations of 3U and 4U 88S and 88D I've tried in the past, 3U 88D is so head heavy and slow for fast doubles that it's only usable for singles. At the other extreme, 4U 88S is so head light that it has practically no attacking power for any semblance of competitive games. So that leaves... 3U 88S and 4U 88D.

You talking about the original 88’s? Because with the repainted versions having different swing weights than the originals, there’s literally 8 different permutations of 88. 12 if you count the 88 pros

Before the Olympics start, I re-watched the Yonex All England 2021 tournament of Kanta Tsuneyama (JPN) vs Toby Penty (ENG).
I noticed after the first set Tsuneyama seemed to use an SP coded Nanoray Z Speed.
Thought something was wrong in my eyes but it turns out it is true! He was using an SP coded Nanoray Z Speed. Nothing can stop him from using it!

Momota may use Astrox 99 pro for olympics.

It seems Chen Long's AXFORCE 80 C and Momota's Astrox 99 pro are the only new releases geared for Olympics

If you meant the racket in the insta post, it's just a TR1 training racket.

Oh, the pics of 99 pro I saw on Chinese forums are very similar to this one, 99 pro is also a white racket.

Viktor Axeksen's 100zz code ends with digits 0DK, apparently production line 0 is for player rackets. I used to think JP code rackets are for players.
