    I searched proace ti series in jatinegara and didn't find one. Since i work 7 days a week and doesn't have time to go to pasar pagi so i just chose what's available. The type thats avalaible is dms, stroke(which i already have), sting, platinum dream, evolution and sweetspot.

    Sweetspot 1000 and evolution feels good and solid while platinum is not so good as SS 1000.

    Finally i chose SS 1000 as i have read many good opinion racket. I hope its better than stroke 317.

    ss1000 and 317 is 2u. The balance point of ss1000 is longer 5mm than stroke but when i swing the rackets, stroke 317 felt heavier in the head. I wonder why?

    I'm using a ProAce Sweetspot 2000 which my mom bought me while I was still a young kid. I'm not sure how many years it has been with me, but estimating at least 8 to 10 years i guess.

    I heard it has been discontinued.

    I really like the racquet, but was thinking of updating/upgrading to something more up-to-date.
    what is the current equivalent ProAce racquet comparable to the SS 2000?

    Hmm i dont know about ss 2000, but yesterday i tried ss 3000. I can not tell much but i still like ss 1000.

    From the look i think evolution series is the same as ss series. Only the grommet has a bit diffrence, an improvement perhaps.

    Still see some stocks of Sweetspot2000 in Johor Bahru. Other models in this series are the SS3000, SS5000 and SS950.

    i dont know about sting 128, but i know sting 666. head balance i believe. Good too but i prefer my stroke 317 as it is head heavy. I thinks its old model but who cares it's suit you.

    I just bought sweetspot 1000 and very glad that i choose it instead a newer model. It is very easy to use, head heavy but feel light and the swing is fast. When you swing it with smashing motion you could hear the sound of the racket cutting the air... swuish... swuiish, while my other racket sound like woosh woosh. I think it is because of the aerodynamic design that it has.

    That very much is true, good quality and cheap price. with 30-40$ you got a very good racket.

    @sokz

    approx 5mm difference. The newer versions are 'long' rackets ie 675mm in length

    That is quite right. I measure my SS 1000 with sotx d600 which is 680mm long and d600 is about 5mm longer. So SS 1000 is about 675mm.
