Well, for the Japan Open, I still think Lin Dan is clearly the one with the most chances of winning! :D
He is a really great player imo!

But it might well be another affair in the Olympics... (all the top players are aiming on peaking for the olympics)

True. Last year everybody was raving about Zhang Ning's form. It's very difficult to keep up such a high level consistently.

I vote for Lin Dan in Japan. Olympics is another matter

I'd go for Lin Dan if present form is to be an indicator. He had been pretty consistent thus far, (almost) demolishing all his opponents, big and small. The other guy whom I'd consider could actually conjure up something would be Taufik as well.

Sure, sure and your atitude needs adjusting. Each of us have their own favourite players and it is definitely not nice to be calling others losers. I hoped that when you win your matches, that you don't go up to your opponents and call them losers.

Maybe wilfredldg is the Malaysian National champion for all we know :p

We don't want this forum to degenerate to the one run by IBF, do we?

    Thanks.
For me, I have no favourites other than to watch a good match. :D :D

I agree with Winex, I'm always up for a great match.

However, of the matches that I've seen Lin Dan compete in, he showed a lot of promise 2 years ago, I'm sure by now, his game has come even further, which is why a lot of you have been making so much noise about him.

In any event, with such top notch players around, we're sure to see some awesome badminton.

If Gade Supporter does not stop slinging mud at other people in this forum, this member should be removed. If continuous bombardment by this individual, try i.p. isolation, but that could be difficult.

The best way is to respect everyone in this forum as this has always been the case, we don't need a black sheep. I have a lot of respect for Danish players, but stomping on others do not make you superior.

    Gade Supporter,

having insulted ppl and engaged in anti-social behavior, and then post a sorry message saying you were just joking, and then the next day you started off the same route again isn't gonna make you anymore creditable.

so considered yourself warned and any future offenses the moderator staff will have to do something more drastic.
