There's plenty of videos on badminton. Youtube for some footwook drills/exercise. That will help you the most at first. It's better to get to the shuttle early than late. Youtube for how to grip the racket for forehand and backhand shots. If you can afford it...get a coach for a few months. A coach can spot your weak points and help improve them. Play with different people. Every person has their own unique gameplay. Some good...some bad. But gaining experience is what you want out of it. Practice, practice, practice. It's never too late to become good. But if you are looking to make the Olympics...you might want to do a reality check. Those badminton Olympians have been playing since they were in diapers.
^^^^ Yes , but it is possible depends which country your present , and which continent . If you are naturally gifted and determine , and represntating a country in continent either in , N.America ,S.America, Oceania , Africa , you have a very good chance to be in Rio2016. P.s you also need alot of money traveling and playing in different tournments and get your ranking as high as possible
5'3 height for a female might be a slight disadvantage , but it would be much tougher if you are a male. You still got a chance here .
wheee, we got another one. OP, if you have a quick search you will find a small glut of similar posts. Everything worth saying has been covered already
