Congratulations to all who have done so well

    .
Congratulations to all who have done so well. :):):)

It's amazing how accurate our PAWers can predict.
For me, it's still the same old guessing story. Therefore, getting 50% right, 50% wrong.

Thanking Sandy and kwun for making our PAW Games available

    .
Actually, we cannot thank Sandy enough; and also to thank kwun. Without them two, our BC PAW Games would not be available.

The person who introduced me is the founder of PAW, Simon (England).

    My PAW Old History

First time played in PAW US Open 2002 (Grand Slam) when the PAW Game was run by Simon, at the time I didn't know the PAW Strategy, missed some big pointers and just picked some "safe" PAWs.

I couldn't find the archive of my 1st PAW but I find my 2nd PAW tournament in PAW Bali 2002.

Great idea, goerge... we should invite him :)

This oldschool PAW table is great too. Sandy, you should post it in your introduction in Pick-A-Winner 2010 thread...

There were a few tournaments this year when the Bracket game was played, and then it suddenly disappeared. I am trying to bring it back next year, so before then I will try to formalize the rules.

I will try to make it self-governing, i.e. anyone can administer the game (because I won't be free all the time). All the formats and templates will be included in the formalized rules. Anyone can be the umpire, but for any disputes, there has to be a referee and final decision-maker. At the beginning, it will be me.

I am not trying to claim credit for this game, and I acknowledge the person (forgot who) who brought the game here. It's just that I enjoyed playing it so I want to bring it back, and everyone else who enjoyed it can join in as well.

Lastly, I am not trying to supplant the PAW game. I enjoyed both and played both when the Bracket game was around. The Bracket game requires a very different sort of strategy.
