Trikus was supposed to be a coach for Pratama but he failed the test.... Trikus still play well..last time I saw him was Jakarta Open...he is still amazing...
As expected, only 1 INA MS player, Yoga Pratama progresses to R16, thanks to his good draw. However, he's expected to be eliminated by the increasingly dangerous Hu Yun tomorrow. Nugroho Andi Saputro also won a match as expected, but, Sairul Amar Ayob proves too experienced for the INA youngsters. The most disappointing has to be the seeded Tommy Sugiarto, once again eliminated in the first match he played by Zhou Wenlong. As for the WS players, only Aprilia Yuswandari progresses as expected, while Lindaweni Fanetri and Rizky Amelia Pradipta tasted defeats to Wang Shixian and Chan Tsz Ka. Expect Aprilia to get a whipping from Zhou Mi tomorrow! Both XD pairs Mohd Rijal/Debby Susanto and Fran Kurniawan/Pia Bernadet Zebadiah won their matches as expected. Tougher opponents await them tomorrow, esp for Fran/Pia who will have to face Chen Zhiben/Zhang Jinkang. Rijal/Debby have a slightly easier task against Hui Wai Ho/Tse Ying Suet. Hendra A. Gunawan/Vita Marissa are expected to continue their good run over the past fortnight as they face their juniors Ahmad Tontowi/Richi Puspita Dili.
Finally, the Philippine mixed doubles pair of Estanislao/ Alcala won against the Japanese mixed doubles pair!
