Quick update just to say to say thanks again for your time

Focus points have not changed (how could they have in such a short time). Main focus is keeping my center of gravity low enough.

I have been playing a lot of tournament (too many) plus club competition every week. Results are quite good to okay. But I am not improving that much (gathering experience is still good).
I feel like there is a huge gap from match to match. When I managed to stay low I feel so much faster but I think I don't keep low enough through the whole match. Some matches I am just straight up and feel like I'm playing so bad.

Anyway I will try to focus on training more than competition to improve the next two months. I am doing shadows and try to keep in mind to stay low during all practice sessions.

Enjoy the end of the year and last weeks of international badminton of 2021.
