LJH beat WHY and I'm not even surprised. I always felt he had the potential,even after he lost in the Thomas Cup,I still supported him. There's a reason he was a junior champion,and his competition during his junior days was stiff also. BAM kind of failed to bring out his potential. I hope he wins this tournament,or at least reach the semifinals so his ranking can go up faster. I really believe once he can qualify for bigger tournaments he would perform well because he has the mentality to beat higher ranking opponents, just struggling with consistency. both LJH and NTY won their opening games today. watching their styles i would consider LJH is more of Victor Axelson style (slower and less smashes) and NTY is more of Lee Chong Wei style
Yes they both won,but rarely see NTY upset top players unlike LJH,but NTY is more consistent. Hopefully NTY will upset a few players too this time. I think LJH is still finding his style,previously he play a lot of rallies with less smashes,today he was more aggressive.
