The player entry of German Open GP Gold 2012 is very high, I agree that PAW became less fun if we start from QF onward. Main reason PAW games is push the people to follow every round of badminton/tennis tournament.

Swiss Open GP Gold look lower level due to some player withdrawing, we will see how the new rules (for GP & GP gold) works. The problem for lower level GP or GP Gold so many unranking player play in main draw (MS Draw).

I will take evaluation after Swiss Open GP Gold. If the old rules is better, we back to it from Australian GP Gold 2012.

Sorry, I'm late in PAW Ranking Calculation due to busy time in this month. I will to catch it as soon as possible.

Thanks for all suggestion of the PAW.
I can give the formula of PAW Scoring Points like I have published the formula in Tennis PAW. A little modification in Badminton PAW, because BWF Ranking is too flat.
I will keep to take "the Over All PAW Ranking", not easy it's taken over by other.

The problem on every PAW admin is PAW picking format, usually every PAW admin/manager has own format to make easier in LT Calculation.
The current format is my own format to standarize PAW picks. The other admin can follow it (recommended) but he/she can make different format if any problem from him/her.

I think the current PAW format is good. it easier for me to make the LT calculation :D
the problem is if a PAW player didn't follow the format as is, e.g. remove or add any single character.

This will get our PAWers to be more careful (the next time).

    .
Then I would suggest that we should make those PAW picks invalid.

This will get our PAWers to be more careful when submitting their PAW entries (the next time).

IMHO, any PAW entries submitted not according to our PAW rules should be not be counted.

If PAW organisers want to make our PAW Games easier to run ......

    .
Sandy has been good, allowing players to send PAW entries via SMS.

Allowing SMS entries from PAWers is good, but all PAWers should realise that these SMS entries will make things more difficult to run.

If PAW organisers want to make our PAW Games easier to run, then SMS entries should not be allowed.

I have many a times not able to PAW via our BadmintonCental thread. But I would not send SMS - because I know it will create extra work for you organisers.

It is really up to you organisers if you want to run things easier.

However, if SMS entries are not allowed, then we could end up with less participation from our regular PAWers.

PAW this week, PAW#163 European Championships & PAW#164 Asian Championships.

I planned it PAW from R-64 but I couldn't to catch it this morning. So both PAW are started from QF.
These are the last tournament which held from QF with 13 PAWs.

We will back to PAW from first Round from next week.
    Thank you :)

Just looking the tournament Schedule of European Championships.
R-16 & QF are played today,
this morning I'm try to find any chance to hold PAW this tournament.

The last match R-16 are scheduled on 3 pm.
The 1st match QF are scheduled on 5 pm.

The time different between The Scoring Points released & The Deadline time is around one hour. I think the time isn't suitable to hold PAW.

So, this week we play one PAW tournament : PAW#163 Asian Championships.
The game is started from Quarter Final.

    Thank you :)

Oh, no offense, but I think you're wrong, I've just check it and R16 is already over, so the QF matches are already known.
Anyway, thank you for holding an interesting game like this, I'm quite new but I like it a lot! I'll try in the Asian Games :)
