Some Msia players also will do that. They post updates on their fan page, maybe trying to follow like PG. Or you're irked by what Greysia posts? The Msia players will post sthing like 'Although today lost, must continue to jia you/improve. Thank you all for the support..' If win, just mention they won, will continue to jia you or tomm vs who, that's it. Much shorter than how PG will post. Normally too, before the players post, the fans already post the results of the day's match.
Actually china, korea or Japan players also will post their match highlights sometimes.. Its just that you need to find the 'correct' one, instead of those fanpage
XD SF Irfan Fadhilah/Wenni Anggraini [1] vs Takeshi Kamura/Yonemoto Koharu [3] - this could be close...and Pelatnas's hope of a title lies in XD. Let's hope the 2 INA pairs can create an all-INA Final. Katsuk Domoto/Yui Fujiwara vs Riky Widianto/Richi Dili Puspita [2] - Riky/Richi should take this. MD SF Mohd Lufti Zaim Abdul Khalid/Vountus Indra Mawan [3] vs Markus Fernaldi Gideon/Agripinna Prima Rahmanto Putra [2] - the ideal SF and I hope the INA pair can fulfill their seeding!
Hey, you hogging this thread waiting for me to make an appearance ? Good to see there is so much depth among the players. Even the invincibles can lose .
Stupid me. I had made a post on Yui previously. #33. http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/87557-Minatsu-Mitani-(-三谷美菜津-)/page2
It's in their culture to be hardworking. The don't stop playing unless you drop dead attitude. Look at some of their muscles, even in the female athletes . And surprisingly, they're not even fully professional badminton players. They have work in their companies for a part of the day . Well, Nozomi isn't going to win every match. There will be bad days too .
it just to prove that ignorance has no bounds. not only the Chinese players, but most of their coaches bloc frequently before, during and after major t'ments to keep their supporters informed. i'm sure the Korean and Japanese do the same if you know where to look
I know that microblogging nowadays is the trend, especially with most young players. I also read Li Gen's status update in Weibo yesterday (April 6). Maybe I am wrong, but the original intent of my post about FB and Tweeting was basically just my feeling about the attitudes of the INA players, with most players eager to switch on their Blackberry to update their status almost immediately (correct me if I am wrong) or BB-ing with BF/GF. It is as if updating status is more important than learning why you loss a match!
Some of the Koreans do, Japanese I'm not sure. The prob would be we dont understand Korean or Japanese
Ohhh ok, you mean the players are more interested to get online than be serious about their badminton and the internet addiction showed in their results.

It's not gonna be an all-INA FINAL in XD XD FINAL Takeshi Kamura/Yonemoto Koharu [3] vs Riky Widianto/Richi Dili Puspita [2] - I still believe Riky/Richi can deliver at least the XD title for Team INA in Osaka this week.
