pls dun misunderstood those who are disappointed with LCW loss lately arent going to stay beside LCW to support him anymore. We still support him very much and remember him as our hero for winning 3 consecutive MO. Just look at the flooded BC everytime LCW plays.....isnt that support? It is totally natural for one to feel disappointed when someone who you love and support with all your heart and soul lost continuously in few tournaments.......Our hearts are still with him.
Yeah... I hope so all the badminton fans will stay and support our shuttlers either they win or lose in the game and at least they have gave their best to play in each game already. So now i hope all the badminton fans heart will stay with them all the time and support them.
we need to support them all the way. we predict that players retire at the age of 30. in that case, KKK/TBH has at least 8 to 10 years more to play badminton. they definitely cannot win EVERY title in these 8 to 10 years time. If they do, they are really LEGENDS. but, it's slightly impossible. so, we need to accept players' defeat. support them and they will bounce back again.
they can do it......win every tournament they participate in 10 yrs time....... Rexy oso become crazy coz too happy if it really happens....... I have no doubt that this pair will be the next Legendary MD.......win all the way. If lose, we'll be there for you also.
yes, if lose, we will be there for them. but they cannot win all tournaments in ten years time. if they win all, they are MULTI MILLIONAIRE, brother.. haha..
if they can do it.....it is not a good news also as MD will become the least watched match in badminton. like WS.
if they reli that outstanding, then there's no hope for oth MAS MD.. cos after all it is kkk/tbh who get the attention
him winning for another 30 years?? cannot la.. at that time he's too old to play.. cannot fight in term of stamina.. by the way, how old is he now?
LCW is emotionally injured Totally agree.LCW is emotionally fragile right now. It's the worst kind of state to be in when competing, worse than mental. (Personally I think LCW is mentally strong but that is for another thread) Mental strength can be build up but this emotional strain needs time to drain out. LM 's departure is like the permanent loss of a loved one so LCW is going through the grieving stage. The period of emotional recovery varies but 6 months is likely so don't expect anything from him until July/August. In the meantime ,emotional swings are expected and it's best for people around him to listen more and try to draw him out to express his feelings. The worst thing about emotional injury is that there is very little control over it. It's like jetlag fogging over you. No matter how hard you try to fight, it overwhelms you eventually. Only time ,cushioned with unconditional love, will heal. Ants, I wish you could let BAM know to let him skip ABC. He needs to go on home leave;there's nothing like unconditional, parental love. Coach WTM is right in saying LCW lacks fire now. The fire would die out when a Class 1 player, used to being guided by a Class 1 coach, suddenly have to put up with a drop in quality coaching by a class 2 coach. It's a natural response compounded by the emotional turmoil. WTM may become a class 1 coach eventually, who knows, but right now he is no substitute for LM.BAM always look at the best outcome. This time, maybe they should visualise the worst outcome: LCW going out in R1, depending on who's his opponent. But given that he's in the worst state to perform (no fire plus unbearable emotional pain)now, why put him through the mill? If LCW goes out in R1, WTM will look really like a lousy coach! So ,WTM , be smart, be safe. Give LCW his needed rest. P.S. Ants, thanks for helping to pass messages but would you pls provide a forwarding address to LCW so his fans can send cards to wish him well or some other soft touches? Not everyone can write as well as Mak_ken but they may wish to express their warmth for LCW in their way.
imagine by this age they can still kick asses.........i have to give it to them for being able to stay that long in this tough sport........2 thumbs up!!!
