http://www.uga.edu/badminton/resources.htm try this. Very useful coaching video by Guo Bao Xian Ji in real video format. The clarity isnt that good but i burned it to a cd and its watchable.

Thnx for the info. I've had high regard for Lee Jae Bok as a coach since viewing his video "Play to Win" a few years back. Altho' his English was a bit shaky, I learned a lot just the same. I'm hoping to find a broadband connection so that I can see some of the vids at his web site.

P.S. It looks like Bok has put on a bit of weight since his Play to Win tape.

couldn't hear any sounds during the videos..

 

It seems like that only the short videos are smooth and clear, while the longer videos shows a still picture with some sound, as you said.
