I follow badminton tournaments, and I always feel hurt (sometimes quite badly) when my favourite players lose. So I want to bet on the opponents of my players, so that I get something in return if they lose. Now, I haven't found any website that both (1) offers betting for badminton, and (2) allows residents of USA to place bets. Does anyone know of any website that does?
Here in India there is a gambling sport called cricket, you should try that. I am happy with badminton being badminton and not an avenue for gambling, I hope it stays so.
I don't know a site for the USA so my answer will not help you. But I understand you! I bet sometimes small amounts on badmimton on unibet.eu, but I think it's only for Europe. I like it because you can usually get a decent quality live stream of the matches as well.
It is difficult for a non-specialist in badminton to assess the odds better than the bookmaker before the match.
