I was wondering whether the badminton manager this time around is going to be the same as the previous one..
For previous(TC2006) one I did not know you can sell players after preliminary and then QF... which ultimately cost me many many points lost...
How about this one? Are we stuck with the same players throughout the entire tournament?
Sorry if I posted in the wrong thread.. hope someone can clarify this :)

I do not think the rules have changed since on their rules page, it still mentions the Thomas/Uber Cup a few times, at least since I last checked.

    post your bargains here.

the bargains are the player who are underrated (ie. cheap $) and can potentially get good results.

    here is my list:

    Taufik.
    Zheng Bo / Zhao TT
Lee Yong Dae / Hwang Yu Mi can potentially do some damage too.

Well under the "rules" section, nothing is mentioned about able to sell players during the WC other than before 17/9, which is the day before WC..
However I am waiting for the website to update the "game info" section..
I urge everybody to wait first before making expansive purchase like the same mistake I made previously... which ultimately cost me many points lost:)

yeah. agree. if we are allowed to trade players during the QF, then the way to pick the players will be completely different.

After carefully read the WC rules, you can only buy or sell players before the WC begin. I did not read that we can trade players during QF. Except they change the rules later which I doubt.

In TC/UC, at the very beginning, the rules already stated that we can trade player at QF round.

Why only one team per person? It is allowed to have as much as you want! I, personally, have created 5 teams, and two of them participate in BC subleague. If you really need more, I can include the remaining teams as well.:D

And by the looks of it... you only allow to bet on the eventual winners!
So people choose carefully! Only 2 more days! All the best! :D

Oh and to those who need help with the extra point... the answer is copenhagen!
