Hendrawan <a target=top_ href="http://www.thejakartapost.com/detailsports.asp?fileid=20010523.F01&irec=1">hope to win</a> the SC/WC in his <i>last performance</i>. correct me if i am wrong, but i believe this is the first time that he has hinted on retiring. meanwhile, Taufik said he is "ready to fight" and would take responsbility if he fails.
The article <a target=top_ > href="http://www.thejakartapost.com/detailsports.asp?fileid=20010523.F01&irec=1">Hendrawan hope to win</a> astonished me that <i>No Indonesians entered the semifinals in any events, including MS,MD,LS,LD,and XD. </i>. How come? The article <a href =http://www.thejakartapost.com/detailsports.asp> says: No Indonesians entered the semifinals in any events, including MS,MD,LS,LD,and XD. </i>. How come?
Right on Kwun. He's already 29 this yr. By the next WC, he'll be a ripe old 31 years. Considering the turnover rate these days, it's virtually impossible for him to chalk up any major achievement two yrs from now. PE Hoyer Larsen got the Olympic gold at 31 but that I believe, is a very rare case. Whatever it is, both of them have my greatest respect.
