Yeah, I also read a couple of books. But more than that, it would be more helpful if you watch some instruction videos. And then you might want to analyze the real plays of the world stars in slow motions; scene by scene. :)

I suggest to download some good quality videos that you can get from this forum. And you need some good player like KM-PLAYER that has a good set of features for analyzing the movements.

Sorry but I read some books in Korean. One good one was written by Park Joo Bong, the legendary MD player of Korea, that was very helpful to improve my badminton strategy. I have seen many english books out there. Try here to find something you need:

    Badmintonbook!

I´m really sorry, but it would be too a task for me to translate it by my self right now. I´ve stopped working with the author of the book and I haven´t heard anything from the translator as well.

I´m not writing off any chance of it being translated, but all I know is that it will not be now. I´ll let you all know if new possibilities appears.....

    Kind Regards

    JR

Recently there are a number of lesson videos out there that makes the publication of books not popular. Nevertheless, we need some good books well documented especially on the advanced tactics and strategies in contemporary badminton. :)

I'm not that much of a badminton palyer, but I have read a number of badminton books before and for sure this one is among the very best.

And as a bonus one learns some Danish as well ;)
