Need help on badminton smash technique

    I think, this could be the perfect video for more power in your Smash!



    Training:
    0) Home working! Get your racket and make only forehand rotation! Thats really important for all forehand AND backhand strokes!

    1) Normal clear with inwards rotation! Thats an easy an more relaxing way to learn the correct inwards rotation. Every training start with 3-4min clears with an teammate.

    2) Smash! Same motion like clear, but hit in front of your body and hit harder. Thats ALL! Dont try a jump smash at beginning.

    3) Backhand! Same motion like clear and smash, but in the other direction.

    KEY: Forehand Rotation
