Hm only find info on those rackets in Chinese except for the Talbot Torro.
All very unknown, internationally... How did you get down to these 3?

Can't tell if they are rubbish, as there is so little info on them.

If I would be on a budget like you, I'd go for a low priced racket of a reputable brand. Even though it might be an older model, the quality will most likely be higher than cheaper models, both when it comes to material quality as for it was designed by the very best in the field technology wise.

There are good Yonex rackets out there for about 70 dollars, and there are probably more to suggest here.

Thing is: we need to know what type of racket you are accustomed to: head heavy, head light, even balanced. Flexible, medium stiff, very stiff (although the latter may be unlikely since you are a relative beginner).

no, Yonex brands are rubbish for the low end rackets.
that said, I don't know which racket is available in Iran. Search these brands and see which one is available near you:
    Victor
    Lining
    Hart
    Reinforce Speed
    Adidas
    Carlton
    Gosen

    FZ forza is good too
Here are some low-middle end rackets that some say are good (from Indonesian forum, I haven't tested them):
    Li-ning ss 88
YY Muscle Power 22 atau 29
    Mmoa MBR 22
    A1ti10
    pro ace sweetspot 1000
    astec pro 850
    Toalson timax power 8300
    RS power rally
    Carlton Airblade33
    Winex K9
    Astec seri aurora,
    hart seri power shot,
    toalson seri ti max power
    Wilson Graphite 80
    Mizuno Technic 800
    Mizuno tc 700
    flypower warrior 7
    Reinforce Speed HN Sickle Smash
    -------------------------
If you are in for a 2nd racket, I recommend you search for Yonex Ti10 (titanium10). it is one of the best from it's generation and many players reluctantly part from it. It was said that Lin Dan used Tonex Ti10 which was painted as another racket
