Is that where those mounts would go? I think so? Please correct me if I am wrong, I am very new to stringing.

Thanks, another quick question, does the tension knob only turns when racket is mounted? It seems like the tension knob is stuck, it's just not moving, when I try to rotate counter clockwise, the screw part comes off but the knob doesn't simply rotates, can you help? May be there is button to lock/unlock tension knob?

Thanks kwun, I did actually went through manual & trust me I tried my best, the machine is still at my friend's place. I haven't bought it yet because I am not sure if I know its working correctly. I did find this in manual

Unfortunately, this knob in the machine won't just change tension, it felt it was stuck/locked. Any other specific parts in manual I should look into? Kindly help?

    did you ask your friend?

I don't use the manual crank as i have a WISE head so I am not familiar with it. IIRC correctly it should just spin. also make sure that the tensioner is not disengaged. ie. on pulling mode instead of tension latched mode.

Unfortunately, the machine is a friend's friend who has left the US, he is just selling it for him. He doesn't have much idea and the other person at this point isn't reachable. Every video I have seen, simply shows it spinning pretty easily. Not sure how to check, also not sure about latched mode vs pulling mode.
