This is my AT700 arsenal. I only use AT700, the hit feeling of AT700 is superb i think it's the best racket Yonex has designed and manufactured ever!
CP, Chinese National Team sponsored edition KP, Korean National Team sponsored edition IP, Indonesian National Team sponsored edition
Nice rackets! I also like to play with AT700 and agree that it is the best racket ever, but it is hard find AT700 these days
You are right, it's extremely difficult to find brand new AT700 especially for the old color version with national team sponsord editions like CP, KP, IP. I was lucky that I have collected all of them. Althoug, AT700 is the best racket but it has a drawback, it cannot resist high tension, but you can overcome it with the help of 6 hole grommet. My AT700's tension is 30 lbs, and it has no problem, no indentation at 5 and 7 clock positions.
Wow, nice to see that you have lots of AT700, it will be better if you have some National Team Sponsord Edition like CP, KP, IP, DK, these are the most valuable AT700 to collect plus it has to be the original color means the batches that were manufactured before 2007 or we say the first generation of AT700 because it was used by olympic champion (Taufik Hidayat, men's single, Zhang Ning, women's single) in 2004 and (Lin Dan, men's single and Zhang Ning, women's single) in 2008.
You can try to look for brand new National Team Sponsored edition from the market but I think that it should be extremely difficult to find in the market, probably less than 10 rackets or even more less, that's why CP, KP edition are extremely valuable, even the normal commercial first generation JP edition was priced at almost $7000 on ebay about 2 months ago!!!
Nice to see someone else keeps the plastic wrap on the wrist rest for their Corsair K95........oh this thread is about rackets. Nice collection!
No, won't sell them, I will keep them, and I dont' doubt that they will be difficult to sell, actually they will be sold by themself. The demand for AT700 is still high, but the supply is very low.
I also believe that it will be very difficult to find national team sponsored first generation AT700 in north america.
Yea I know. I have been trying to looking for one of the first gen or the limited editions ones but can't find any.
The first generation of CP, KP, IP are more worth for collection than limited edition, but the limited JP edition is still rare and is worth to collect, but actually the limited edition racket itself is as same as the second generation AT700, in another word, limited edition is actually the second generation AT700, with different paint. There are some differences between first gen and second gen of AT700, the manufacture technique is different between old AT700 and new AT700, but a lot of people say that the first generation is better than second generation, that's why there is a huge price gap between first generation and second generation.
Ah I see. Ideally I would rather just have a first gen AT700, I had one before and lent it to a friend of mine to try and he broke it. There was another release of AT700 a while back it was not a second gen racket but I think it was the AT700 Premium
For the AT700 premium, just ignore this one, because it is the garbage of AT700 family, that's why you don't see it in my collection, actually there are relative large number of AT700 premium in the market. As for the collection purpose, this is the one that you don't want to collect.
