Fortius Tour / Tour F / Tour V are currently top performers among Mizuno products.
Most rackets used by pros are fortius series.
I am using fortius tour & tour V as my main rackets as well.
Fortius Tour 3u only showed up for a short time in Taiwan, & there was not a single one available ever since.

As a fan of Hendra and Ahsan, seeing Mizuno signing them is a great start to the year... now makes me want to try the Fortius Tour that Hendra is using..

Just wondering the difference between the Fortius Tour and my current jpx8.5 :D

    You can always try

For me, JPX LTD so much better than fortius tour. I dont like caliber reg and fortius tour. It just cant get the feel right.

    I Haven't used JPX8.5 but JPX LTD.
Assume these 2 are very close, here's the difference.
    1. Fortius Tour is much stiffer and hence with much higher accuracy & drive speed.
    2. The Head heavy balance & less stiff design make JPX easier to generate power.
However, Fortius Tour is not much behind, the box frame & stiffness compensates.
    3. Fortius Tour is even balanced which has better defense than head heavy ones by nature.
    4. Fortius series' handle length is toward doubles use.
    5. Repulsion wise, they are all extremely good. I prefer Fortius more.

Btw, you need very stiff string to match the stiffness of Fortius Series.
    I use 30~32Lbs 0.64~0.66mm Stiff strings. (VBS66N main, Z64 Cross)
To be honest, Fortius Tour is demanding.

Yet, there's Fortius Tour-V which is more demanding.
Stiffer/lighter than Fortius Tour but smash harder than JPX LTD.

I think Fortius Tour-F would be the same story.
    Might get one this month.

i assume this comparison is jpx ltd original version vs fortius tour 3U ? or is it 4U?.... coz locally i can only find 4U.... don't wanna import 1 racket just to try it..

oh and when you say fortius line is demanding, i assume you mean it requires more skills to utilise it properly compared.to jpx?

    Don't take 4u.
And yes, Fortius Tour line requires clean shots.

I would rate my experience with it 5 stars. Maybe others can share their experience.
