Misbun knows more than anyone else that there is no more hope for Hafiz. Giving him two more chances is a kind gesture to allow him exit gracefully.

Headline should be "Frustrated fan want Hafiz to deliver thru action, not vows". Hafiz, "JUST DO IT!!!!:mad::mad::mad:"

Hafiz is in his vociferous way telling everyone he is sick of listening to you guys 'crap' about him losing his way. He is saying in no uncertain terms (trying to boost himself since he gets none from you lousy fans) that he will return, no thanks to all unfaithful fans. :)

Reading the newspaper article, I dare say he will beat LD next.

Of course, do we expect anything different ? Coz lousy fans will always be lousy fans -- they will always claim credit for his improvement.:D

Don't ever trust what Hafiz say.. He had been saying this from year 2003 on wards.. TRUST me.. is another earlier exit for him in the up coming 's tournament..

Then what do you expect him to say? Something like ' I expect to lose but I'm playing because coach is giving me the chance.' Why would any player go into a match with a mindset to lose? HH's mistake is being ignorant of how fast and easy it is to lose shape but how slow and difficult it is to get back into shape.
Many tournaments ago,BAM might have 'saved' HH if it had barred him from competing unless he had passed a tough fitness test. What's the point of sending seniors with the stamina for only 1 or 2 matches? Better for him to concentrate on GP Gold to develop the conditioning of playing more than 2 consecutive matches.Although even GP Gold is also not easy in the run up to OG08.

Yes! He is thinking like a family man now. Besides being a professional, he needs more money now since he got married recently and prolly starting a family soon. Since getting married can't inspired him, maybe getting a kid will, like TH... LOL :D:D:D:cool::cool::cool::eek::eek::eek:

I prefer him to say nothing... Just prove it... No point for him to bla bla bla.. and each time suffer and earlier exit. Don't u boring since from year 2003 till not still same the same thing..?

I concur, let the action do all the talking, doesn't mean you have to go in with then "losing" attitude but stop giving vows after vows, you lose more fan and respect that way.
Beating Lin Dan in China? I am just happy if he can put up a decent fight and if he's such a good sparring partner for Chong Wei then why it can't be the other way around?

That is a brave statement to make beating LD in CHN, I would consider an achievement if HH can take 8 points in each game from LD...but hope your prediction comes true...if HH beat LD in CHN...actually that is not a fair bet, let say if HH can take one game from LD I buy you 20 sticks of satay and if HH actually beat LD in CHN, the stake goes up to 40 sticks of satay, ...just keep a tally till the day we meet up in MAS...wanna bet???:D

Maybe after the LD vs Hafiz match, LYB will ask Hafiz to join team China since he is such a good sparring partner.:p

If Hafiz can beat LD in this China Open... I will definitely change my login name to "eat banana" from then on!!!

It seems like Malaysia is claiming that Hafiz is the world's best sparring partner though... so just maybe LYB is interested in raising his team's level of play as well + Hafiz probably won't be good enough to interfere with LYB's Men Singles' Olympic plan anyways.

Always will... it back fired on me last time...:p
Gotta make up for that lost from last time.
