Watch the 2010 BAC semis where CPS/GLY defeated Lilyana & new partner(not Tantowi). The commentators in semi & finals were impressed by GLY's swiftness at the front court. + her performance during Msia GP Gold, much improved from 2010. Vivian Hoo is part of the SC team but in WD. Vivian did play XD with different partners, didnt go far, but I still put GLY as better than Vivian. CPS/GLY, as nervy that they are at present, sooner or later they need to take up the challenge.
You mean you dont think Jeremy Gan is suited to be XD coach? BAM wouldnt spend the $$$ to specially employ an XD coach, at most Rexy will need to advise. THe players are focusing on MD, WD, the role of the XD dept has been reduced in recent months. Looks like XD willl continue to be a 'part-time' dept as far as BAM mgt is concerned.

Dear Mr EagleHelang, my opinion is that GLY is not an all rounder player suitable for playing competitive XD. Yes I agree she did improved and the commentator said she was moving more swiftly. Yes I agree. At the end of the day her ability is limited by her will power to cover more courts, jump to intercept mid air pushes. Well lets see her improve. With regards to the commentator Gill Clark, it is always hilarious when she utters 'spinning net shot'. I have more respect for badminton legend Morten Frost. We will see in future Vivian's improvements vs GLY. Only time will tell. Don't you think having a specialised coaching team to oversee XD is vital? Why don't we get singles coach to coach doubles? You see my point? Thanks for your information on BAM's issues.
It's not what you & I think is what counts, it's what they think & implement. Commentator- I not talking abt Gillian Clark but those from CCTV & GDTV. Vivian Hoo is currently being groomed to be WD specialist, dont think she will play XD. At the end of the day, it's the results that count, CPS/GLY are still the only permanent pair to have won title
I have my reason to like Ah How instead of elite back-up. Of coz most preferred younger and energetic back-up, fair chance is given to them this 2 years but most came out with nervous problem in crucial stage or conflict with partners etc etc....I think Ah How won not becoz he is better or superior than those juniors , is the fighting spirit and never die attitude shown that made him through even if he had lost just now I think most will praise him for his attitude That's what we required from our back-up... When Ah How and OSH beat jjs/LYD in MO last year, many said LYD is injured but today he proved us wrong.... So come on back-up!!!
Well HTH was TBH's regular partner before Sexy Mainaklagi split them up. Well I guess their good defensive strategy won them the game. Go all the way CEH/WPT attack those korean Hakim
