Only 4 survivors of the INA squad for the QF.

    MEN'S SINGLES
    Lee Chong Wei
[1] vs Simon Santoso -- the home favorite will be going to the match in full confidence. Simon has done well too in reaching the QF after so many early losses late last year. Lee to take it.

    MEN'S DOUBLES
Simon Mollyhus/Anders Kristiansen vs Tony Gunawan/Candra Wijaya [4] -- the oldies have shown that they still have some gas in their reserves. They were impressive in their victory over the MAS pair and they should have an edge tomorrow.

Jens Eriksen/Martin Lundgaard Hansen [6] vs Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan [2] -- MATCH OF THE ROUND: both pairs were impressive in dismantling their opponents so efficiently in R16. It will go to rubber-set, with the INA pair holding a slight edge.

    MIXED DOUBLES
    Lee Yong Dae/Lee Hyo Jung
vsNova Widianto/Lilyana Natsir[2] -- the World Champion has been in shaky form lately and it does not bode well for their match tomorrow. I think the Korean pair can take it.

    CCM/CCE to beat FHF/CY @MO 2008 QF

    .
    MEN'S DOUBLES
CCM/CCE, with their renewed energy, should be able to beat FHF/CY, IMHO. :)

What happened to tournamentsoftware? I can't even view the schedule for QF matches. I heard the matches will start at 6:30pm.

Okay, I can view it now. Looks like there will be 4 courts to be used and each court will play 5 matches. If average duration per match is an hour, the matches can last till mid nite.

7:15 PM WS Eriko HIROSE [JPN] vs [MAS] Mew Choo WONG [8]

8:00 PM MS Chong Wei LEE [1] [MAS] vs [INA] Simon SANTOSO

9:30 PM MD Lars PAASKE/Jonas RASMUSSEN [DEN] vs [MAS] Tan Fook CHOONG/Wan Wah LEE [5]

9:30 PM MD Haifeng FU/Yun CAI [3] [CHN] vs [MAS] Choon Eng CHEW/Chong Ming CHAN

If CCE attack more tomorrow they might be able to dismantle the Chinese. CCE nned to play well. CCM has been covering for him alot.

I think is too early to put such high hope on the Malaysian pair! Yes, this pair has done very well from qualification round 'til QF but every match had been dragged into rubber and now facing the real top elite Fu/Cai, I just don't see them getting thru this round. Just hope the best for the Malaysian pair.

    Psychologically, I think CCM is not afraid of CY/FHF, CCM/KKK has a 2:0 head-to-head to CY/FHF. Has CCM/CCE ever played CY/FHF before?

There is a resurgence in Danish MD squad, I honestly think they can land the title.
Tony/Candra have added power to their game, they are the next best bets. Both CY/FHF and MK/HS not at peak form yet. Neither are the 2 MAS pairs, only CCM is playing at peak. Defensively, both MAS pairs are still sound, though.

MS picks, LCW, BCL, Kendrick n CY.

WS picks, Wang Chen, WMC, LL and PHY

WD, no need to pick, one of the CHN pairs will win.

XD, I still have faith in NW/LN to improve their performances. Emms/Robertson and HH/YY will run them close.
