Im not in the Very Important Person's seat, so that make me in the Very Unimportant Person seat. Right. Can't complain about the angle as my skills and point and shoot sucks at the first place. I couldn't set it shutter speed to faster than 1/160 or it will be too underexposed even at ISO 800. Made fews of my great shorts of players hanging in the air blurry. Still have some Kuan Beng Hong, Tan Chun Seang, Arif, Nguyen, Lu Yi and Shon Shueng Mo pics.
lol.. kwun.. everybody digs their nose Anyway, that was one exciting rally. Won't call it a single player thing cuz' when KKK was down, naturally, the opponent will just 'attack' him and he got no choice but to fight for that point with his 'dear life' . One of the INA boys (I forgot who) tossed his racquet up so high....in disbelief after losing that point to MAS.
my question are : 1. at this moment when both KKK and the indo player is down, where was the shuttle? 2. where was cai yun and hai feng? in the players' seat? it must be great to be there and witness that rally live. hahahaha. what was the crowd like after that?
Kuan Ben Hong Vs Carl Baxter. KBH with a shaky start, the crowd on the verge of booing him. (scoreboard) A hilarious guy created laughter of the audience by shouting "England, england". Any of you was there during that time? Then he finally wake up on second set.
I'll probably let them down with the lousy pics. Here some TCS vs John Moody. The young lad had a good fight on 3 of his qualifier. Very spiritual, explosive and somehow a bit showy but the crowd love him as long as he performs. It was hilarious looking at him at the end of every points, he got all kinds of face expressions especially when hit by the shuttlecock at the head. The crowd have to remind him not the champion yet when winning the qualifier.
For those who wants to know, the scene with KKK lying on his back retruning shots & both KKK & Indonesia player on the ground was shown on RTM highlights. Aerotus has uploaded the vid if you didnt watch it yesterday.
1. I wonder.... must go back and check the original picture (the pic here was cropped). 2. I didn't notice CY/FHF's reaction at that time. But I remember seeing them standing at the players' seats area. I think they were warming up. The crowd reaction: Crazy! ahah.. They were cheering and screaming throughout the whole match. But at the same time, got some negative words from them esp when they looked like they're gonna lose the game. That's the thing about watching the match live over there. You hear funny and some 'uncensored' stuff as well from the crowd also ...
