Astro SuperSport (Channel 811) doesn't state the matches to be covered. It starts at 12pm.

Yes, it is a bit surprise that Firdasari can reach the semifinal. But remember, she has not met a tough opponents yet along her road so far. She beated Maria Elfira Christina(INA) in the 1st round, Soratja Chansrisukot (THA) in the 2nd round, and Kanako Yonekura (JPN) (who beated Yip Pui Yin) in the quarter final.

Anyway, she is in the semifinal now, a good improvement of her playings. If she can beat Jae Youn Jun (KOR) tomorrow and reach the final, it will be her best performance this year.

Yup, boring. Would prefer Cai/Fu vs Koo/Tan final, the MAS pair will have regained their belief if they could start winning again against CHN top pair.

Choong/Lee vs Kido/Setiawan is not a bad matchup either, see whether the veteran MAS pair can learn from their mistakes at crucial pts in WC, or the World Champs could produce another "great escape". So far Kido/Setiawan Champs haven't lost to foreign pairs after winning the World title.

    I would hope for a Fu/Cai vs Kido/Hendra.

Personally, I don't think Kido/Hendra can win the title here (fatigue), but, if they can prove that I am wrong, I think the Macau Open title will be much more treasured since they would have beaten KKK/TBH and Fu/Cai during the process.

As a true Malaysian supporters, I hope that all my players will win the semi finals against their rivals. Especially for KKK & TBH, they need this win to spur their confidence level into greater heights.

    Dear Yojimbo,

You are so lucky to have astro. Like me in S'pore, there is no live telecast and I cannot see my beloved brothers in action. But, I still support them in my heart. I hope that there will be result update for those who have no live telecast.
