I run a successful corporate tennis competition in London with over 200 players and I am now starting a badminton competition with a similar format in October. The basic concept is that teams of 3 players compete against each other, on midweek evenings over a number of months (only one match per month), until the total number of teams have been reduced to a number feasible to play a finals day at a central location on a Saturday or Sunday.
