Kendrik seem to have lost to himself during the game. Halfway through the game, he was already blaming the lights. Even the commentator said(If i did not rem wrongly) : "Go on kendrik, It isnt going to help you".

    Hi Loh,

    A lot of singaporean said:

Last time, Wong and his wife argue about their son (Derek wong)..

So wong's wife said to wong: I know that you win in sea games because your uncle gave money to Icuk. That's not professional his wife said.

and his wife said: our son (Derek) still better than you...haaa

So we know that wong beat icuk why...OK

This is a very nasty thing to allege (unless you do have proof).
Your post casts a shadow not just on Wong Shoon Keat but also on Icuk Sugiarto.

    Yes, I agree.

Do remember that Shoon Keat was at his peak then and he beat other 'worthy' opponents along the way, just like Kendrick having to overcome Sony and Boonsak although Shoon Keat's opponents are different.

The excuse I heard that Icuk gave for his defeat was that he was suffering from a cold or the flu, certainly not the 'bribing' reason that badminto-expert gave, which is a very serious offence. Rumours are dangerous if they are not true. :(
