I never tried to send an email to them directly. It seems to be more common to use their official home pages because there are alwayse some people who take care of the home pages. So there is a higher probability to get an answer for questions via these home pagese due to their lack of time. Unfortunately, these home pages are alwayse in Korean.
Haha... one star I've heard of that replies to fan-mail is Michael Chang. He responded to my friend, who was so thrilled she couldn't sleep for days! Then again, I'm not sure if he's always this nice or if it was a one-off thing. Hmmm... if I ever become famous one day, I'll send an auto-generated response to any fan-mail so they are not left hanging.
