Its not about money or buying tickets

It is about our shuttlers not taking things seriously. It is about the tidak apa culture amongst our shuttlers.

I guess some Malaysia Boleh fans will never be able to see the light. ;)

Isn't that Ong soon Hock...or is it Tan bin Shen??

Haha....joking only lah. We all know who he is....

BTW i was also taken aback by the lack lustre display by the TC team. It was not a simulation match, more of a training match. The BAM shud have it in a stadium with the public invited to watch . That wud be more of a simulation match to me.

    Who??..who??..

....who is he??...hmm, or the person must be "mum" on the identity of that person....:p ;)
Btw, looking at the other people's facial expressions around him, i guess he was the only one enjoying the match..;)

It's a set-up. LCW was supposed to lose his MS1 match to test how the rest of the team can swing things around. The media just got conned plus the NATO chap.

...hehe, and who cud this NATO guy be??
anyways, your theory may be right, but once the TC gets underway, no amount of "simulation matches" can prepare you for what's gonna be in store, with your real opponents on the other side of the court...the tension is for real ,no longer simulated !!

Fu Haifeng/Cai Yun lost to Guo Zhendong/Xie Zhongbo during the Simulation match of Team CHN a few days ago.

Candra Wijaya (partnering Flandy Limpele) also lost twice in the two Simulation matches of Team INA to Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto and Hendra A. Gunawan/Joko Riyadi. Yet, he still got selected.

Similary, Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan lost to Luluk Hadiyanto/Alvent Yulianto (who ended up not selected).

Well, as I said, the World No 1 pair, the reigning World Champion Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan lost in the Simulation match against a pair who at the end didn't make it to the team as well (and hadn't won a title for 4 years) ;)

    No big deal....

It won't be too late to criticise till LCW loses to much lower ranked players in Jakarta.

If I were you, I would have saved my energy till then. No point "barking" here and there at this moment!

Luckily, LCW didn't punch Misbun or whoever arranged the match-ups. :D

Robin7, talk abt saving energy, seems the "cheerleaders" also decided to save their "cheering for team mate" energy for the real thing in Jakarta. You save some energy too, to cheer loudly for Msia.

And maybe bring along another SLR camera to "shoot" any potential punch-ups :D;)

pemuda equation:beating lcw = almost same level with ld...

to me...it just for arif to cope the pressure at final tie...

and pemuda...did u think all player whom are higher ranking wont lose to a lower ranking???...malaysia no. 1 lcw was stand at world no.2 because he beating higher ranking opponent in his early day...if no higher ranking can lose...then...they should remain at that ranking until retired lar???...an example, roslin will remain at no.1 from 2001 until now lar???...the where is the superb ld should stand now???...hmm...weird...
