Jun is good and has potential to be one of the competitor to the chinese...

was looking forward to your said 'usual sequence' and see how much Ra could handle in the WD final after playing the XD first, bt no, the priority is to beat the chn in the WD :)
bad lines call again.. Yang ws serving at 10-0 bt was called out though its pretty obvious and well inside.. darn....

    Yang/Zhang won!

    8:15
    15:9
    6:15

how did Ra hold up on the last set? the scoreline was 15:6 seems a bit surprising.

super Ra... very few players have the kinda stamina Ra has.. both Ra and Lee wr visibly exhausted in the last game, and Zhang/Yang rallied to a quick 11-1 lead.. luckily, not many controversy calls..

my bold prediction, should the XD match ever go to rubber games, there will be a new XD champion.. hopefully :)

Xia-Chen, both played well in the later part of the 1st game... i noticed Xia massaged his right hand many times after long rallies or hard smashes, maybe he is still recovering...

yeah. the Chinese has some amazing stamina.

however, we also need to look at the picture more objectively. Ra not only need to play matches in both XD and WD, her match yesterday against Gao/Huang took 124mins while Yang/Zhang match yesterday against Lee/Hwang only took 41 mins.

so although Gao/Huang didn't win the title, they at least helped Zhang/Yang by making sure that Ra/Lee was thoroughly exhasuted.

if intentional, a similar stretegy was also used in teh 2001 WC against Ra/Lee by Yang Wei/Huang Nanyan.

we will see how Ra will hold up for XD... will be surprised to see Kim/Ra beaten though.
