PVS shouldn't entertain ASY in rally games, focusing on attacking mode might be a better choice

ASY doesn’t give her a chance to attack. She is far too technical for PVS

PV didn't even try to attack (watched from 10-14 in G2), I seriously believe this bs tactic came from Park.
PV should rely on attack, after repeated experiences from NO, PV should have known better by now.

PVS is really lacking a basic game. Even though she had huge success in big events, she still lacks her basic game . Her basic game is only 40% . She cant win through An Se young and Tai if she wont analyse the game well. But she cant.

PVS just seem to be a bit slow in reaction. ASY seems to just glide around with speed and ease. There is no comparison in basic footwork.

PVS like running out of ideas and lack of creativity.
Most of her strokes and returns are unsurprising and can be read well by ASY.

Of course no player will allow herself to be attacked, that's why creativity is needed in building an attack

Kim Ga Eun…no confidence, no chance.

She used to beat ASY handily, but lost the killer instinct. Too bad…

JS has a great match considering his 3 game match yesterday, but I think the new China's leftie Went Hong Yang would be a very different opponent, fast powerful wrist with very effective smashes, will be an exciting final to watch.

Of course I am counting the egg before it hatches, but I think WHY will advance to the finals.

Another upset for the IND team today.
IDK, somehow I feel sorry for SK, PVS, CS/RR, they are indeed potential but they don't seem to be able to reach their peak.
    Coach factor?

Her basic game is too basic for the current generation of WS. Now many young players like Chochuwong, ASY, Supanida, CYF, HBJ are so quick on feet, at the same time can play delightful technical game. What I mean by that they all move super quick to play those neutralizing shots from the back court to deny any advantage to the opponent, pretty much like MS. Back in those days, say for example, AY used go do that to her. However back then, she had the physicality to retrieve everything, and out rally her in long matches. In the current scenario, PVS neither has the shot quality nor the speed to match any of them. I honestly don’t know how she can recover out of this slump

KS need to improve his defense by 100x, and drop shot skills by 1000x, Soft smashing by 10,000x, Tactical game planning by 1Mx
    That and
    1. Discipline,
    2. Not knowing what is the right time to step up,
    3. Choosing wrong time to take foot off the pedal.

Agreed, but it would be very hard considering his age. I think the one area he must improve is his conditioning. If he can improve on that, then he does not need to hold back or 'pace' himself as much. His skills are all there.

Yep, AGE is against him. If he can play like this for a couple of years, I mean reaching few semifinals and odd finals, I think that is the best he can do and content-able achievement.

Svenden expensed way more energy in the lost of first game. Went Hong Yang seemed to be taking initial points to analysed the opponent.
