2nd tier? I thought Kenichi/Kenta were JPN 1st choice in the last Thomas Cup?

I thought Shuichi Sakamoto/ Shitaro Ikeda were the 1st MD for japan.

    16 - 21 , 20 - 22.

    Just look at the scoreline.

KKK/TBH just have no luck in this year competition. Plus, the Japanese have homeground advantage.

However, KKK/TBH will bounce back in a near time. Dont forget they are World's No. 2 pair currently.

Who cares they cant win titles? Who cares they keep loosing to the 2nd tier, 3rd tier, even 76th pair MD's? As long as they can keep their world ranking and collect bigger incentives and allowances, and have the chance to travel around the world by constantly being sent to participate in the international tourney, regardless their results-produced.

Rexy and Misbun's capabilities are the same. Both of them are only manage to train 1 good player / 1 pair. Misbun have DLCW, and Rexy's KKK/TBH. Other than this, i dont see how special are they.

Just look at PJB. He can train up Japanese pair to BEAT our pair, especially KKK/TBH constantly. This is what i consider as, special.

To put Rexy and PJB together, i consider that they are in 2 different categories - Rexy is GOOD, and PJB is BETTER.

KKK will certainly delighted as he can go shopping earlier after their game lost to the Japanese pair. (Forgive me, since i cant remember what's the name of that Japanese pair:confused: who beat our beloved WR No. 2 pair:mad:)

Whoops, sorry. I mean Sudirman Cup. That proves they're not 'cap ayam sayur' pair.

LOL, yup, K & K (easier to remember) have overtaken Sakamoto/Ikeda as Japan's no 1 MD some time ago. Now they're WR#16, where as Ikeda/S drop to WR#33. This year, they've advanced further than their seniors(?) in tournaments.

In fact, Shuichi Sakamoto is now being paired with Hiroyuki Endo.

I certainly rate Kenta Kazuno/Kenichi Hayakawa as Japan's No 1 MD pair at the moment. They have risen up the ranking table pretty fast this year.

Park Joo Bong is a very astute tactician and mastermind, always plotting the downfall of opponents.. he caught out KKK-TBH again...

But its more of a ONE time Happening... KKK & TBH do have weaknesses that can expose by PJB but those are not major one!

For some reason or another, KKK/TBH's futility against Japanese opponents remains.

Maybe KKK's Yakuza looks and attitude makes the Japanese players have this motivation to beat KKK. :D
