I watched the match. The first game was littered with errors by the Malaysian pair, more so by KKK.

However, in the 2nd and 3rd, it was very clever placings by him -- he came alive with clever serves and returns (some hard smashes too). By the 3rd game, the Danish pair were clearly struggling -- they had this forlorn look in them, a sign of resignation.

Rexy must feel that his pride is restored somewhat. I hope he continues to lead this pair to victories. LCW's loss was hard to take but KKK-TBH lessened the pain a lot. :)

My analysis on the Malaysian campaign in Odsense

    preview:

    Men's Singles
Once again, this tournament reinforces the fact that Malaysia has no depth in Mens Singles. With the sole exception of Lee Chong Wei, who went unsupported into the Semifinals, and Hafiz Hashim, who made it to the second round only to lose to qualifier Joachim Persson , all other Malaysian Men's Singles players did not make it past the first round. Lee Chong Wei might be a great player, but he cannot be expected to carry the Malaysian challenge every single time. This is putting too much pressure on him, and we all know that Malaysian players usually crack under pressure. BAM should actively try to find more capable shuttlers to at least make it to the quarterfinals, and throw out the ones that exist merely to make up the numbers for the tournament and be involved in the process.

Agree, but where to find 'those more capable players' that you mentioned that BAM should actively find ?

Why not let's talk about KKK-TBH's route in the next French Open?

I say the chances for them to become champion again is very bright and I can foresee a final between KKK-TBH against CY-FHF?

Raid CHN, cos CHN team has lots of players and only 3 or 4 can play in majors anyway and the rest are discarded...esp the WS side, take them before Krisna laid his hands on them...hehehe!!!:p:D

That would be a dandy with tons of firepower and a game to salivate.

Time to develop the juniors by giving them the exposure instead of wasting the time on a few players that can't pass the 1st round. Can we look into the junior program and shake thing up, maybe we need another Rexy to spearhead that program. We got to start soon and its putting us behind.

Really nothing wrong, it makes the game competitive rather than see the rest of world fighting for 2nd in Uber Cup everytime...if CHN does not need them, let them play elsewhere rather than to retire them...that is RESPECT and admiration to CHN for such depth and talents compared to the rest of the world...take Cheng LI, she played once in CHN Open and nowhere to be seen, if CL goes elsewhere, she will be groomed to represent that country. JYJ, may not be around for long based on her recent play, she sure would be welcomed in Spore or MAS or anywhere and could very well be top 1-2 player too.

Agreed and that 's why the S,pore junior beat MAS at the Junior Championship , that's why USA is in the World Cup and that's why with foreign coaches, MAS are doing well in MD .... I still think MAS has players with caliber standard but the developments are lacking.

I give credit to Rexy for his guts to pair TBH/KKK so close to AE or AG (not sure) and they won, and Rexy is hailed a hero and datuk...if they lost, I can see the bashings of all kinds thrown at Rexy...Pemuda is right to send HH packing, except that I questioned who/how to do it in MAS...hymm!!! maybe recruit Pemuda to carry out the execution and be the fall guy if this scheme falls apart...hehehe!!!:p;)

just wonder : wheres pemuda? i think if hes here...hh must be deadly bashed by him.u can imagine it.

sending hh to balik kampung is not an option..it is a must.when hes ready to come back, only then we'll let him be a national shuttler and pay him again.
hes just wasting our money. is this too harsh?i cant stand him anymore.
