very disappointed with Bao ChunLai's failure.

I conclude Bao ChunLai can't appear at the Athens.

well, i thought i read somewhere stated that li yongbo is paying more attention to bao chunlai after his poor run in previous tourneys. No doubt Bao will be screwed today... but it's nice to see at least now that the winner is a non-chinese. It should be more competitive and more exciting to watch in future.
oh well, WD has started. Good luck to both pairs but i have a feelign that the koreans will take this title

    i hope not....Li YB's not that scary...
but nevertheless, im glad im not in bao's shoes..

actually, their head to head record is 2-2...and wei/zhao won the last time they met at the denmark open 2003, but i still think ra/lee will win

yup, i notice that the koreans kept on sending the shuttle to the back court for the chinese to smash and tire them down.

i think this question came up before...whether doubles players like to signal to their partners just before they serve..

i guess at least some do, cuz just before wei yili served, she signalled to zhao tingting behind her back..she did something funny with her fingers..i didn't get what she was trying to say though :p :p

anyways...wei/zhao played more offensively in the second game and they always hit the shuttle to lee kyung won, especially when they were smashing...lol
