Simon sail to QF after beat Ajay in straight set. Next opponent is Peter Gade, not easy indeed. Last encounter in WC 2011 won by Peter in 3 games.

Still not bad. One guy in my club did the same when he injured his right elbow - he played at (German) state (not national) level with his left :D When I injured my right hand, I tried to play with my left when I was coaching - it's very confusing. All the instinctive movement is completely wrong, and my left half is not used to the strain - I was very very sore the next day :D
She must be ambidextrous, and pretty talented to be able to play at all with her left!

She should just get a proper rest to heal her injury 1st. And try not to exaggerate her injury.

and, we conclude that today is not a day of Indonesian.

veteran pair Nova/Vita should win this game against the Danish, but Pedersen/Nielsen saved 3 match points before taking 2 winning points.

Febe, April, Anneke/Feinya, Nova/Vita, (and not to mention Indonesian gold pair who loss the focus easily today -ToWi-) lost 3 games with relatively tight score.

Burden the hope in MD and Simon.
Except BoSan, 3 others will face very difficult opponent tomorrow. All the best for them.

BS. If he was so much better, he would just get it over with in straight games. Toying with the opponent, while fun at times, is a sign of bad sportsmanships. Even if you're much better, you shouldn't humiliate your opponents....I think LD does it for the sake of saving as much energy as possible. Playing a 2nd game where he spends next to no energy and lets the opponent run as much as possible makes winning the 3rd much easier, I guess that's why he does it. Although I still don't like it - makes watching very boring if one player just gifts it away.

Most likely scenario is for CJ to beat LD again, and ultimately Datuk Lee to emerge champion.

I think CJ is a bad matchup for LD with his new style of play - he can go at a very, very high pace and makes few errors. He does not have a very strong attack or the ability of LD and LCW to control and inject pace, but if LD is not as attacking as he used to be, CJ is one of the worst opponents for him. CL plays a good offensive game, which CJ doesn't like.
    At least that's what I think :D

I guess LD's days of dominance are over - it seems he can't uphold the pace as he used to, like in the 08 OG or 09 AE. It's nice to see there's a bit more competition again :)

Playing against attacking pairs (like chinese or korea pairs), this is the best playing style ! you can't just lifting and lifting like Koo/Tan, mostly they end up losing. This playing style does not allow your opponent to plan their attacking! I think consistency can be improved if they are more focus. This got to do with their speed, power and stamina. They need to improve these areas.

JO11 is just another practice for LYB, target to get 3 MS to OLY12. LD 'will' lose to either CJ/CL. My guess is CJ to meet LCW, for CJ to get more points and to test LCW.
