What happens if you're standing from the very back of your serving box, and then driving it as hard as you can? Definately you can hit your opponent's face. Not very effective, but it will reach it.

Drive serves are fun, specially at the face. I'm 6' as well and its hella fun flicking it into peoples head

This serve is perfectly legal ,(lol especially if you hate the person on the other side ) You should defintely watch out for , illegal service actions. When attempting flat serves lots of people make an illegal serve.
