Tong Shi Fu is the best single men player coach in the world. Under his magic hand, Ina once had a stong pool of mens singles: Ardy, Alan, Heryanto, Joko, Hendrawan....

I agree...Rexy should be called back home....

I don't know why INA government so stubborn not to allow outsider to be thier citizen. This is same as boleh-land Malaysia.
We are the 3rd world country, we really need outsider come to our country to help developing our country.

What do you think you are? If people want come to your land, you are the one who should very appraciate even crying of that.

In Malaysia, the government not encouraged thier people to marry with other country citizen. If you do so, they will give you a lot of inconvenices and complicated processes. After that, your spouse will only be the 3rd class citizen. That really suxkz. Again.... Boleh !

I thought their goal was to reach the SF which they did?

Isn't the guy who's responsible for such players as Tony, Candra, Sigit, Halim, Flandi, Eng Hian, et al., and countless major titles?

Well, change of personnel isn't necessarily a bad thing, I suppose; but, I wonder if the recent dip in the overall team performance has to do with the just as recently announced criteria for sending players abroad (to compete in tournaments) and punishment for not achieving preset goals.

PBSI should consider Fung Permadi and Hadi(now India's coach).
    Hadi was once PBSI coach.

I met Fung last time, he was quoting quite an expensive price for coaching.
Now, I think he can justify his salary.

Christian Hadinata is the exemplary coach. He is not attracted to high salary(he comes for a rather well-to-do family). He is more concerned on creating world-class doubles players.

IMHO,we already have too many foreign coaches...now we have Rexy and Li Mao..although i think they did a good job so far ...we should not rely on foreigners so much as you will never improve n learn to depend on yourself..we should train more local coaches..our local coaches are not bad themselves esp.Kim Hock and Soon kit...on the contrary of what u say by Msia not appreciating help when ppl come to our land..i feel dat we overpaid them (park joo bong, etc) and looked too high up on them which is not good at all :p

Perhaps, Indonesia should get some foreign coach, like get Tong Sin Fu back....he is a good one...also maybe Rexy...bring him back home...

IMO, not only the coach should be fired....BUT..also the General President of PBSI (Sutiyoso) HAVE TO BE FIRED...
Look...since he is the general president...Indonesia lost the TC 2 times and the ladies don't qualify...he always says money is a problem....but this is not the case....so..INdo perhaps should hire the previous one...forget the name...

    You guys are overreacting.

If the coaches and other officials are working harder(and smarter) than the players... WHO SHOULD BE FIRED?

    Cheers... chris@ccc
