not really an upset day as most of the winners like BCL, CY/FHF has higher ranking, but rather a suprised semi final...............

Cai/Fu always have fear in playing the Malaysians. However based on their win against KKK/TBH and LWW/CTF.. this definately give them confidence. Zakry/Tazari is still new and Fu/Cai might have problem adapting to their game. I would however give the chinese the upperhand but it will not be easy as the Malaysian will give their best in their 1st ever SuperSeries Final.

I think I should watch with my friend tomorrow. he told me Taufik surely would win when he was against Bao Chun Lai but I thought otherwise and hope Bao wins and he did and then he told me surely the experienced pair would beat our young Malaysian pairs and again the table got turned so tomorrow hopefully he will predict the Chinese to win....;)

what i meant was F/Z MIGHT keep winning at this moment. but that winning streak wont be long. tomorrow DEFINATELY they'll go down to FHF/CY.

in my opinion, they just got lucky to win the semi-final match. most of the points (especially from the 3rd game) come from TG/CW's unforced errors.

Luckily we have Natsir & Co playing mixed doubles tomorrow, otherwise we'll have empty stadium tomorrow.....today we didn't have a big crowd in the stadium...

    Hmmm..

..hmm, if you check their record this yr, i believe all of their losses, so far, have been in 3 sets...So close yet so near...wait, that's not correct..It should be "So close yet so far"..:p :D ;)
...haha, yeah...EMBARRASSING, isn't it??...Only the XD pair to show for & they'll probably get trounced...It shows how bad the badminton scene in INA has become..:p
...Elvis/Taufik has left the building....Tony coming back home to Orange & OCBC..:D ;)

Hey..Win is win and lose means lose. This is a fact they win today and we can't predict what will happen tomorrow. If your lucky talk goes in the badminton world,so everyone is only depends on luck to beat other players.

definitely being unfair here - the malaysian pair played well, they were not just 'lucky'

One thing I noticed today is that the spectators were not that noisy ..... well not like in previous years where you could feel the stadium erupting..... I watched this morning's NBA game between Golden State Warriors and Utah and the noise reached 100+ decibels!
